Elaine is a certified, registered yoga teacher offering classes throughout the Greater New Orleans area and providing private instruction to several clients.
Elaine is available:
- To teach groups, corporations or private clients
- To help make your party, bridal shower, social gathering have a yoga theme
- To conduct workshops
- Hip opener
- Shoulder opener
- Core body strengthening
Elaine’s yoga workshops are designed to work a particular area of the body. Most often the workshops work the primary openings associated with body flexibility. The workshops can be adapted to meet the needs for a group of interested participants.
Typically the workshops require 2-hours but can be altered to meet the group’s needs. Pricing information is available upon request and will vary according to length of workshop and its location. |
